How to wire DL-120 LEDs in series

Let’s use AWG18 wire to connect the DL-120 fixtures to the AL-WS-DR2 wall switch.

We will use the red wire for warm (2700K) and the white wire for cool (5000K). In California, these values are 3000K and 4000K.

We will mark the wires in the rough-in box before sheetrock with tape to indicate the flow of our wiring. If we have 4 boxes - A B C D - and the wall switch W, then we will mark our wires with tape at the X.

Our wire makes a loop from the wall switch W to each LED location then back again. The wire end with the tape is warm+ (2700K) and cool- (5000K). The wire without the tape is warm- (2700K) and cool+ (5000K).

On the wall switch W, warm is on the right, and cool is on the left.
