Does the light in your DR2 not stay "on"? Here is the "fix"

It is possible that a switch can be set to the wrong mode, which can occur after a full device reset.

If you notice that the light does not stay on, please follow the method in this video to change back to Momentary Mode — it only takes 5 clicks.

Note: A switch will be reset to factory defaults if the button is held down for 60 seconds. This should not normally happen, but if it does, converting back to Momentary Mode just takes 5 clicks.

Tech support might ask you to reset the device if the self-calibration has become out of sync due to changes in the attached fixtures. In firmware before v35, this will set the device to On/Off rocker mode — the video above shows how to place it back into Momentary Mode.
