ATX LED® AL-WS-M24, 51V-to-24V Adapter Switch
This switch operates just like any standard residential light switch– however it takes 44-54V DC instead of 120VAC, and directly drives up to 30 watts* of Constant Voltage 24V loads. This Decorator style switch in a standard residential style outline fits into any home, looks like any switch yet meets NEC Class 2 article 411 and 725 for low voltage applications. Intended for stand alone, simple On/Off switching of 24V loads. Jumper selectable 660mA or 1320mA* outputs. Provides Hot Swap protection, the leading cause of driver / fixture failure when a technician works “hot”, especially with capacitive loads like motors. The switch can connect to an external PIR sensor for motion sensing applications.
The switch can be connected via a jumper cable to an AL-WS-DR2 to support PIR motion sensing, 48V or 24V fan motor control, at up to 30 watts*. When used with a CCT tunable bathroom fan, this add-on allows full timer integration between an exhaust fan and a AL-WS-DR2 in CCT mode. A status LED shows the On/Off state for quiet DC motors. ETL-Certified to UL8750 standards.
Experience the future of lighting.
ATX LED lighting systems use low-voltage DC power for energy-efficient illumination. A central power supply converts standard AC power to low-voltage DC, which is then distributed to long-lasting LED fixtures using thin 18AWG low-copper wire. This system offers easy installation, smooth dimming, and significant savings in both energy and material costs. This system offers easy installation, smooth dimming, color tuning, and significant savings in both energy and material costs.
